Our Board of Zoning Appeals is composed of appointed members who serve as an independent body responsible for hearing and deciding zoning-related requests and appeals.
The primary mission of the board is to review requests for variances, special exceptions, and appeals involving the interpretation and application of zoning regulations. Through public hearings and careful consideration of each case, the board helps ensure that zoning decisions are fair, consistent, and aligned with the City's development goals.
The board meets as needed to consider applications and appeals submitted by property owners and developers.
