NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Orangeburg City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 19, at 6 PM in City Council Chambers, 933 Middleton Street for the following purpose:

For consideration of a Zoning District Map change from O-I Office-Institutional-Residential District to B-1, General Business District for properties belonging to Phyllis Pelzer, 1090 St. Matthews Road, TMP# 0173-05-05-001.000, Harry Ken Floyd, Jr., 1070 St. Matthews Road, TMP# 0173-05-05-015.000 and Glenda Zeigler, 1080 St. Matthews Road, TMP# 0173-05-05-016.000.
