Owned and operated by the City of Orangeburg, the Orangeburg Municipal Airport is a vital transportation hub located just two miles south of downtown Orangeburg. You can find us conveniently off the Hwy. 21 bypass (Joe Jeffords Highway) at 1811 Airport Road, Orangeburg, SC 29115.

Orangeburg Municipal Airport serves as the home base for numerous corporate and private aircraft. Our Fixed Base Operator (FBO) is operated by the City of Orangeburg, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Versatile Runways

The airport features two well-maintained runways, Runway 17/35 (5,400 ft.) and Runway 5/23 (4,600 ft.), catering to both piston and jet aircraft. We offer 100LL and Jet-A Fuel, available 24/7 to keep your journey running smoothly.

The Aviation Memorial and Pilot's Walk

At the entrance to our terminal, you'll discover a unique and meaningful feature of our airport, "The Aviation Memorial and Pilot's Walk." This remarkable tribute was designed, constructed, and funded by local pilots of the Orangeburg Pilots Association. It tells the stories of historical events in aviation history and pays tribute to the individuals associated with aviation.

Visitors can enjoy a moment of reflection and contemplation as they stroll along the Pilot's Walk, where they may recognize the names of aviation pioneers and heroes. Pilots who have visited the Orangeburg Airport are eligible to become a part of our cherished memorial.
